Juices are usually drunk during the summer as they are refreshing, they are rich in salts and vitamins which help us fight candor and are low in calories. In reality, drinking them throughout the year is a healthy habit because they help our body to purify itself and arrive at the summer season regenerated.

Today we propose you tthis draining centrifuge that we based on green apple ( during spring and summer you can substitute it with cocumber), grapefruit , fennel, mint and basil.


Fennel counteracts water retention by promoting the elimination of toxins,green apple helps digestion and is rich of water (cucumber has anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties and hinders the transformation of proteins into fats) while grapefruit provides vitamin C, potassium and flavonoids, our antioxidant friends. Basil and Mint give a fresh aroma that is very pleasant on the palate and smell.


Ingredients:

2 grapefruits

1 green apple or cucumber

2 fennels

a few leaves of fresh basil and mint


After having washed and chopped fruit and vegetables (removing the peel from the citrus fruits), insert them into the centrifuge or extractor little by little together with the basil and mint, keeping two leaves of the latter aside for decoration.


If it is very hot, serve it with ice cubes.
