Recipe: Tropical Salad with Scallops and Shrimp
Fragrant, delicate, soft and enveloping in flavors, this Tropical Salad based on seafood, shrimps, mango and papaya is a delight for the palate and for the eyes.
This Summer Salad is amazing, you'll prepare it again and again. It's fantastic even seasoned simply with a good extravirign olive oil, lime juice, pepper and some fresh mint leaves.
Ingredienti per due porzioni:
shrimp to taste
extravirgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
3-4 drops of tabasco
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
Clean the scallops by removing the coral, in a pan cook them 2 minutes per side, salt.
Blanch the shrimp.
Make wedges from the peeled mango and squeeze the pulp of the central part to obtain the juice. Add to this the orange juice, honey, tabasco and mustard.
Cut the papaya without the skin into wedges and the courgette in slices. Arrange your ingredients on the songino salad and flavor with the orange and mustard-based eulsion.
