Do you love tiramisù? Yessss, an incredible dessert appreciated all over the world but have you ever tasted the Strawberries tiramisù? Fresh, perfumed and so delicious variation of the well Known Bro.

Ingredients:
350 gr. of ladyfingers
4 oranges
fresh mint (5-6 leaves)
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
250 gr. of mascarpone
500 gr. of strawberries

Direction:
Squeeze the oranges, break the mint leaves into the juice, taste and if too sour add some sugar or dilute with a little water.
Wash approximately 350 gr. of strawberries, cut them into pieces and blend them until you obtain a thick mixture.
With the electric whisk, work the egg yolks with the sugar, add the mascarpone and the blended strawberries a little at a time, adjusting so that the cream does not become too liquid.
Whip the egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt, incorporate them into the mascarpone cream, mixing from bottom to top so as not to dismantle the mixture.
Place a little cream on the bottom of a baking pan, then start making the layers, soak the ladyfingers in the orange juice and arrange them until they cover the entire surface of the baking dish, pour a layer of cream, spread it and start again with the biscuits. Finish with a layer of cream and then decorate the surface with the remaining strawberries according to your imagination.
Leave in the refrigerator at least a couple of hours before serving
