The other day we saw on TV this quick and easy recipe for making a strawberry cheesecake and we got to work! The answer is: good, good and again good so we decided to share it

Ingredients for 6-8 people:
500 gr. of strawberries
250 gr. of ricotta cheese
250 gr. of mascarpone
100 gr. of sugar
50 gr. of butter
1 sachet of vanillin
2 eggs
6 packets of pavesini biscuits ( or other drybiscuits)
strawberry jam
Direction:
Place the pavesini in the mixer until they are reduced to powder, pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter, mix to obtain a mixture to spread in a cake tin (the one for tarts is ideal).
Mix the mascarpone with the ricotta cheese, add the sugar, vanillin and eggs, mix well until you obtain a creamy mixture, pour it into the biscuit base and bake at 170° for an hour.
After this time, let the cake cool, spread on top the surface with a light layer of jam and then decorate as desired with the previously washed strawberries, dusting with icing sugar.
