Today we offer you a fantastic Detox Salad, with seasonal products, ideal before the holidays, after the holidays and whenever you feel weighed down. The recipe is very simple and fast, the health benefits are many: the antioxidant pomegranate, black cabbage and cabbage are important allies for raising the immune system, they also provide vitamin C, K, Zinc and Iron.

INGREDIANTS
cabbage
tuscan kale (the smallest and most tender leaves)
pomegranate
Taggiasca olives (or other kind of black olives)
fresh thyme
salt
evo oil
opzional: parmesan flakes and pepper
DIRECTION:
cut the cabbage into strips and wash it well, select the most tender leaves of the black cabbage (possibly remove the central rib), then wash and drain them from the excess of water.
Shell the pomegranate. Arrange the cabbage on the plate and insert the black cabbage leaves, garnish with pomegranate grains, Taggiasca olives and fresh thyme. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt.
This salad is also excellent as an appetizer to be presented at a dinner, you can also garnish it with other ingredients such as flakes of parmesan and pepper or anchovies in oil, fresh mint leaves.
