"Spaghetti alla puttanesca", quick traditional dishes we alway Love

Spaghetti alla Puttanesca, summarizes all these characteristics as many typical dishes of our Beautiful Country which, as often happens, with few resources give life to Masterpieces of taste.


Pasta alla Puttanesca is affordable even for those who are just approaching the kitchen and are inexperienced ... it is really easy.

Spaghetti alla Puttanesca, easy, quick, tasty

Prep. Time: 10 minuts

Cook Time: 10 -12 minuts

Doses: 4 PERSONS

  • 320 g of spaghetti

  • 400 g of peeled tomatoes

  • 120 g of Gaeta black olives*

  • a handful of salted capers

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1-2 fresh red chillies (depending on your liking. Dried one is fine too)

  • Fresh parsley to taste

  • evo oil (about 4 table spoon)

  • salt

* or other type of black olive of good quality


Direction:


Bring a pot of water to boil and salt it.


Soak the capers in cold water for at least 15 minutes.


In a large pan, sauté the garlic and the chopped chilli in the oil. Then pour in the peeled tomatoes and the rinsed and squeezed capers. Remove garlic and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the olives a couple of minutes before it is ready



Wash, dry and chop some parsley.


Throw the Spaghetti into boiling water, once ready, drain and pour into the pan with the hot sauce, mix well and serve with chopped parsley.
